February 2005 - BOMET UPDATE - From Jonathan Langat:
We praise and thank God for a blessed graduation
service on December 4, 2004.
We also thank God for a generous donation of paints (roof paints) from GO!
International. We were able to paint the main sanctuary, staff quarters and part
of the classrooms.
We praise God for a very successful Youth Camp held in eight different regions.
We thank God very much for 2005 Bomet Bible Institute intake of nine students.
REQUESTS:
We are asking prayers for the completion of the on-going staff quarters, under
construction.
There is a need for Bibles (KJV) for the new students.
There is a big need of tracts and pamphlets for evangelism which is done every
Tuesday and Saturday.

December 2004 Bomet Bible Institute Graduates |
| Raymond’s message to Bomet
Graduates: “The Cost of Discipleship” from Matt. 10:28 – 38. “Let not the godly corrupt themselves with ease.” “There may be ridicule but don’t be ashamed of Christ.“ ”Don’t have one foot in the world and the other in the church.” “Endure loneliness. The cross brings not only suffering but joy. Materialism is hindering the church, pastors and Christian workers and leads to a cheap Christianity. Keep your eyes on Christ.” |
Howard gave a charge from 2 Tim. 4. |

BOMET BIBLE INSTITUTE
is one
of the most thriving schools and churches in the Go! Outreach, but
the 18 year-old roofs needed a coat of paint to protect them for another 18
years.
The photo to the left and below show the need to arrest the rust and preserve the roof and wood on all six of the buildings, including the massive Hall. With Praises to the Lord, and thanks to the Go! Supporters, during this December 2004 safari Raymond was able to deliver loads of paint and supplies for the men to begin the work. |

"Grace unto you, and peace, from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ. We are bound to thank God always for you, brethren, as it is meet, because that your faith groweth exceedingly; So that we ourselves glory in you in the churches of God for your patience and faith in all your persecutions and tribulations that ye endure;"
2Thess1:2,3,4
